How can I view the rest of your website products & prices ? To view our website, you will need to register for a Trade Only Account - WE DO NOT SUPPLY THE GENERAL PUBLIC - by clicking the following link: http://www.marvells.com/shop/register I already have an account with you but I can’t seem to access your website, why is that? The
trade credit account you hold with us is not directly related to the web
therefore to access the online site, you will need to register for a
separate
web account on the 'Register an Account' page (http://www.marvells.com/shop/register). What is your minimum order value ? Our minimum order value is just £200.00 ex. VAT. All prices listed are in £ Sterling excluding VAT & all items are correct at time of print. How can I pay for my order ? We accept most major credit or debit cards (no charge), cheques or preferably BACS (please call for bank details) How much will I get charged for delivery ? Delivery is FREE providing you can meet the following order values for the specified areas:
Orders over £400.00 but under the 'free delivery' value are eligible for a 50% subsidy.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL CLEARANCE LINES WILL BE SUBJECT TO DELIVERY CHARGES. How long will delivery take and what happens if I order something that's not in stock ? We aim to despatch orders within 24 hours of payment being received (proforma invoices) or the order being processed (account customers). If we are, for any reason, unable to fulfil part of your order, it will be placed on 'back order' until the items arrive into stock, then despatched to you at no additional cost (providing the back order value is higher than £100.00 ex VAT) What do I do if I receive a damaged item ? In the unlikely event of any damaged goods must be reported to Nicci in Customer Services within 72 hours of receipt by emailing nicci@marvells.com or calling (01939) 210800. Are you able to export overseas ? Marvell's have exported goods to Europe, India, Japan, New Zealand, and the Middle East amongst others - we welcome any enquiries from any country worldwide. Do you have a showroom ? You are always more than welcome to come and browse our 4,000 sq. ft. of newly refurbished showrooms should you wish to view the products then place an order for delivery or collection. Do you produce a catalogue and how do I get one ? We print and distribute over 12,000 A4 glossy full colour catalogues each year. To request a catalogue, please register for a website trade account & a member of our marketing team will be in touch. You can also download a PDF version of a catalogue when your trade log-in has been activated. Can you help me if I want a bespoke product that I can't see in your catalogue or on your website? We are happy to source new and exclusive products for customers, whether its an old item you have lost supply for, or something totally new.
